Check-in and Check-out times.

Brook Boutique standard check-in time is at 14.00 hours. Should arrivals happen prior to this time, we will do our best to accommodate you; subject to availability. For those who arrive before 14.00 hours, to guarantee immediate occupation of your room, we highly recommend that you reserve the room for the night prior to your arrival. The standard check-out time for departing guests, is 12 noon, if you require a later check-out, we will endeavour to facilitate your request. If, however, you require a check-out past 16.00 hours, we recommend that a further night’s stay in your room is reserved at the time of making your Booking. Brook Boutique will make every effort to provide flexibility of early and late arrivals and departures for the convenience of our guests.

Reservations

All Reservations may be made either by telephone or e-mail, using the contact details shown below. Alternatively, Reservations can be made online by clicking on the "Reserve Now" button at the top of the page. Reservations will only be confirmed by Brook Boutique on receipt of a 25% advance payment. Payment can be made by depositing directly into Brook Boutique’s Bank Account.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

• All Year Round : - Reservations may be moved to a different arrival date (subject to availability) but total cancellation will result in a forfeit of the 25% booking fee already paid.
• Please Note :- No show on arrival will be subject to the above Full room charges as per the season.
• Transfers :- Brook Boutique provides a luxury private vehicle for the airport transfers. The charge is 100 US$ per person, one-way transfer.
